  • 1 jar Sundried Tomatoes, oil packed (oil drained)
  • 2 large cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth (organic, gluten free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 4 Corn Tortillas (gluten free)
  • 2 handfulls Baby Spinach
  • 1 Avocado (peeled and sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons Sundried Tomato Compote
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh Basil (chopped)
