- 1 Cup Ripe Raw Avocado
- 1 cup organic greek yogurt (can use coconut or almond yogurt if you are used to it)
- 1 large clove garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder/granules)
- 1 teaspoon Celtic or Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 green onions (remove roots, use long green stems)
