Almond Crusted Chicken with a Shallot Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Chicken Breasts (halved and pounded flat)
  • 4 oz Whole Almonds (Coarse ground)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 2 Tb Milk
  • Fettuccine noodles
  • Flat leaf Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 TB Butter
  • 1 Shallot (diced)
  • 2 tsp Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 4 tsp Capers
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 3 TB Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 C Heavy Cream
