Chickpea Tofu has become another staple in my kitchen. Are you looking for a soy free tofu or great egg replacer? This Alkaline Chickpea Tofu is a great substitute in addition to being a healthy and delicious source of protein. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 2/3 cups Spring Water or Vegetable Broth
  • 1/3 cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos optional
