Acai Vegan Breakfast Waffles with Blueberries

Vegan waffles can just as light and tasty as the normal waffles and think how good they are for you !! My teenagers didn't notice the difference and the addition of Acai powder gave them a heavenly taste and a slightly purple look!

Ingredients

  • 50 g Rolled oats
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tbs of Maple syrup
  • 2 tbs Acai Powder
  • 2 tbls sunflower oil or melted coconut oil
  • 300 ml Almond milk with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
