This is one of the tastiest recipes I have come across. I could eat this every single day. Besides it is also easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece aubergine (sliced whatever way you prefer)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 2 teaspoons cumin (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves (can be dried if you do not have the herb at home)
  • 1-4 teaspoons curry
  • 1-3 teasponns salt
  • 2-4 table spoons olive oil (or any other oil you prefer)
