  • 1/4 C Pear Juice
  • 1 C Rice Wine
  • 6 Tb Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tb Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tb Sugar
  • 4 Tb Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 4 Green Onions (Finely chopped)
  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Lb Fajita Steak Strips (Cut in half)
  • 2 Tb Olive Oil
  • 1 Onions (Diced)
  • 1 Fresno Chili (Seeded and finely diced)
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper (Seeded and finely diced)
  • 6 Shishito Peppers (Sliced thin)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 14 oz Kimchi (Chopped)
  • 2 Tb Go-Chu-Ka-Ru
  • 1 Light Red Kidney Beans (canned) (15 oz Can)
  • 1.5 C Beef Stock
  • 4 Tb Tomato Paste
  • 1.5 Tb Go-Chu-chang
  • 1 Fire-Roasted Tomatoes (canned) (14.5 oz Can)
