You don’t need to stand over a stove to create delicious jams, as this system plugs into the wall and can be used anywhere in your kitchen. The system’s Smart Preserve Technology is able to choose the optimal cooking time for each recipe, as well as temperature.

All you need to do is choose a recipe, fill the desired jars — it fits quart, pint, or half-pint jars — put the lid on, and press the button for the associated recipe. The unit uses less water and less time than traditional water bath canning, while still achieving a perfect result!
