<li>6 Cherry Tomatoes</li>
<li>Fresh Cilantro, For garnish</li>

Turn on oven to lowest temperature possible and place tortillas directly on middle rack.</li>
<li>
Place butter in frying pan on medium heat.</li>
<li>
Cut the avocado in half, remove pit, scoop out one side and cut into cubes.</li>
<li>
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk and beat well. Add avocado.</li>
<li>
Pour egg mixture into frying pan and scramble eggs until the preferred consistency.</li>
<li>
Remove tacos from oven.</li>
<li>
Divide the eggs evenly onto the tortillas.</li>
<li>
Garnish with tomatoes, cheese and cilantro.</li>
<li>

<li>12 slices Bacon, cut in half</li>

Preheat oven to 425°F</li>

Cover a baking sheet with tin foil</li>

Place the wrapped date on the sheet and push down gently so it won’t unravel</li>
<li>

Carefully separate each segment of the grapefruit with the knife so you’re cutting small triangles and freeing each segment.</li>

Drizzle the honey over the grapefruit halves and sprinkle with cinnamon.</li>

Place on a shallow baking pan and broil in the oven for approximately 4minutes or until bubbling and lightly browned on the rind.</li>
