<li>2 cups Cooked Chicken</li>
<li>Salt and Pepper, to taste</li>

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook egg noodles according to the package directions. </li>
<li>
In a large skillet melt butter over medium high heat. Add onion, garlic, peas and carrots. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the onions are translucent. </li>
<li>
Mix in flour until it is no longer white.</li>
<li>
Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and ranch dressing mix. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce starts to thicken.</li>
<li>
Stir in cooked chicken and cooked noodles. Let cook until everything is warm. Season with salt and pepper to taste. </li>

Lay tortillas out and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce 4 of the tortillas. It will be about 2 Tbsp per tortilla.</li>
<li>
Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of cheese over the sauce.</li>
<li>
Spread your favorite toppings evenly over the cheese. Top with an additional 1/4 cup of cheese and top with the remaining tortillas.</li>
<li>
Preheat a large skillet or grilled over medium high heat. Drizzle a little bit of oil in the pan and place the quesadilla on top, move the tortilla around to make sure it is covered in the oil. Brush the top with a little bit of the oil as well.</li>
<li>
Cook for 3-5 minutes until the bottom tortilla is crispy and the cheese is starting to melt. Carefully flip over and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until crispy and everything is melted.</li>
<li>
Remove from the pan and slice into wedges. Serve with additional warm pizza sauce for dipping.</li>

<b>For the Fajita Seasoning Mix:</b>

<li>4 teaspoons Chili Powder</li>
<li>3 teaspoons Ground Cumin</li>

<li>1 teaspoon Onion Powder</li>

<li>1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper</li>

In a large skillet heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil over high heat. Add chicken and season with fajita seasoning mix. Cook until browned, and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.</li>
<li>
Add in garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from the pan and keep warm. </li>
<li>
Add an additional 1 Tablespoon of oil to the pan along with all the peppers and onions.</li>
<li>
Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are soft and lightly browned. Remove from the pan and add to the chicken to keep warm.</li>
<li>
Meanwhile add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy creamy and pasta to the pan.</li>
<li>
Bring to a simmer, scraping up the brown bits on the bottom of the pan from the chicken.</li>
<li>
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the liquid is mostly absorbed. Add the chicken and peppers back to the pan and mix until combined.</li>
<li>
Top with cheese and stir until it is completely melted.</li>
<li>
Serve immediately.</li>

Loosen the skin on the turkey breast and rub the olive oil underneath and on top of the turkey breast.</li>

Sprinkle the turkey breast with the poultry or Italian seasoning and seasoned salt. </li>
<li>
Pour the stock into the pressure cooker. </li>
<li>
Place the turkey breast inside the pressure cooker with the cavity side down. </li>
<li>
Place the lid on the pressure cooker, seal and lock. Set the cook timer to the pressure cooker setting on high for 30 minutes.</li>
<li>
When the pressure cooker beeps, switch the valve so that the pressure slowly releases.</li>
<li>
Once released, open the lid carefully, away from your face.</li>
<li>
Remove the turkey from the pressure cooker. Test the turkey breast with a digital thermometer to be sure meat has reached at least 160°F.</li>
<li>
Set on a cutting board and let cool. For crispy skin, place the turkey breast on a baking sheet and in the broiler for about 5 to 10 minutes. Slice turkey and place on a platter before serving. </li>

<b>For the Dressing:</b>

<li>1/4 cup Vegetable Oil</li>
<li>2 tablespoons Soy Sauce</li>
<li>2 tablespoons Grated Fresh Ginger</li>
<li>2 tablespoons Brown Sugar</li>
<li>2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar</li>
<li>2 tablespoons Lime Juice</li>
<li>2 teaspoons Sesame Oil</li>
<li>2 cloves Garlic, minced</li>
<li>1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes</li>

In a large bowl toss together all of the ingredients for the salad. Set aside.</li>
<li>
In a small jar add all of the ingredients for the salad dressing. Shake until well combined.</li>
<li>
Pour salad dressing over the salad, tossing to combine until everything is well coated.</li>
<li>
Serve immediately.</li>
