When the overnight oats craze began, I was skeptical at best. The idea of oatmeal sitting the fridge overnight was not appealing.

The joke was on me when it turned out that overnight oats are very bit as delicious as my beloved stovetop oatmeal topped with fruit.

It turns out, I am a breakfast fan, through and through. Call it breakfast or make it later and call it brunch and I am your girl. 

I also love a good baked oatmeal recipe, so I've rounded up all of our favorite oatmeal recipes - the ones we just can't stop making.
