Did you know that brunch has been around since 1895?! It's a term first coined by author Guy Beringer who longed for something lighter and more relaxing after attending long, traditional church services. Something like breakfast but with the addition of heavier, lunch inspired flare.

Since 1895, there has yet to be an addition to the culinary world as profound or necessary as brunch. Gathering with loved ones on a weekend morning, sharing food and laughter, gives us the recharge and reset we all need.

Plus, it’s a great excuse to start sipping champagne in the early day with mimosas and bellinis. Afterall, brunch is something to celebrate! And of course, the food, the real star of the show.
