Depending on where you live, there's nothing quite as synonymous with spring and early summer as a bounty of fresh local strawberries.
My favorite kinds of desserts are simple strawberry desserts, especially a classic strawberry champagne cake. It's my favorite cake of all time!
Visiting the u-pick strawberry fields and coming home with baskets overflowing is always one of my happiest memories each year.
After months of sub-par produce here in the northeast, nothing makes me more excited than finally getting my hands on fresh strawberries.
In anticipation of strawberry season, here I'm sharing my favorite strawberry dessert recipes - bookmark them for later!
