Let it be known that we have absolutely nothing against the traditional corned beef and cabbage generally associated with St. Patrick's Day. 

In fact, we like it so much that we've even made slow cooker corned beef and cabbage to rave reviews. (Not exactly traditional in preparation, but classic in flavor.)
