These croissants are beautifully buttery - soft on the inside whilst perfectly crisp on the outside.

You can use this recipe as a base for other croissant recipes or just enjoy them as they are! After all, there’s nothing nicer than a freshly baked croissant served with a bit of salted butter and strawberry jam - delicious!

You can find a vegan version of these croissants here - they taste amazing.

Next up, we have these amazing Caramel Apple Croissants  which are perfect for the fall and winter.

With this recipe you can either use store bought puff pastry to save time, or you can use the homemade croissant recipe above and then fill them.

In this recipe we have not specified which type of apple to use, so you can use your favorite! We recommend Jonagold, Honeycrisp, Pink Lady or Braeburn as they all hold up while when baking, so they won’t go mushy. They are also the perfect balance of sweet and slightly tart, but not too overwhelming.

For an easy, festive treat that only uses 4 ingredients, these Chocolate Peppermint Croissants are a winner. Perfect for a treat on Christmas morning, you and your family will enjoy these while opening your gifts. You can even bake them the night before and warm them in the morning as well as make the chocolate peppermint drizzle.

Jazz up your bread pudding with this Barefoot Contessa Bread Pudding  recipe - it features croissants for a delicious twist! This recipe is great for hosting as it serves 10 people, and only require 10 minutes of prep work - so you don’t have to stay stuck in the kitchen while everyone is having fun without you.

These Cosmic Brownie Croissants are fabulous for a kid’s party or weekend treat. Hidden beneath the crisp layer of pastry is an indulgent brownie which makes these croissants irresistible and unforgettable. As if that isn’t delicious enough, you top them off by including a chocolate drizzle with mini M&M’s!
