We love any excuse to get together and share big meal. Even though Easter changes dates each year, it always feels like the kickoff of the spring and summer entertaining season.

In our family we go back and forth between a huge meal with an extended group and a cozy dinner with just the four of us. No matter the size of the group, I'm sure to put a wide variety of dishes on the table to please every taste bud, from our littlest eater to my hungry husband.
