Roasted Salmon with Everything Bagel Spice Recipe

Lisa Grant | Jersey Girl Cooks

It takes only two ingredients to make this delicious Roasted Salmon with Everything Bagel Spice. No long grocery shopping lists and just 30 minutes until dinner is on the table!

Salmon is a popular entrée on my weekly dinner menu. It is healthy, easy to cook and always available in my grocery store.

I cook it for my family at least once a week and try to change the recipes up a bit. Roasted Salmon with Everything Bagel Spice is a favorite of mine because it’s super easy to make and really delicious.

I buy Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend at my local Trader Joe's. It only costs a few dollars and it really is good on everything.

If you don’t have a local Trader Joe's where you live, you can purchase something like it on Amazon or many grocery stores have a similar spice blend.

Another option is to make your own seasoning. I like the seasoning on bagels, avocado toast, poached eggs, chicken and of course, salmon.

This well- seasoned salmon is perfect with simple sides like Parmesan smashed potatoesSimple Balsamic Glazed Caprese Salad , or a tossed green salad.

Sometimes I get really fancy and serve risotto on the side. This salmon goes with lots of things and it’s great on top of a pile of greens for lunch the next day.

It really could be a great brunch dish too.

When cooking salmon, I want as fresh a fish as I can get so I like to purchase it the day I will be cooking it. You can also buy it the day before but I would not advise to keep it in your refrigerator for more than 2 days.

Salmon is a nice light dinner that is great for a week night or with a glass of wine on the weekend. I hope you will give it a try!
