No Bake Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

This peanut butter balls recipe makes for a delicious dessert. And a healthy one, too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 4 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 4 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Place oats in a food processor and pulse until they are a flour consistency, set aside.
  2. Add dates and liquid to food processor and twirl until dates are finely chopped.
  3. Add in oats, PB powder, and ground flax seeds. Process until things start to come together and form a dough.
  4. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times.
  5. Form into 1-inch balls. That's it!

Notes

  • If you prefer it sweeter, use maple syrup in lieu of water.
