Paula Deen Raspberry Bar Recipe
Ingredients
Crust:- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
- dash of Salt
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 pint Canned Raspberry Jam
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal
- 1 stick Butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and prep a 9X13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- FOR CRUST: mix all ingredients in a bowl until you have ball of dough. Place it in the prepared pan and flatten. Bake for 20 minutes.
- While crust is baking prepare TOPPING in the same bowl, combing all ingredients. In a small mixing bowl, combine jam and raspberries. Once crust is removed from oven, allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
- Spread cream cheese on crust and spoon berry mixture over cream cheese.
- Sprinkle topping mixture over berry mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting and serving.
